“JK68” oils is specially developed for use in all types of machine tool slideways. This product is formulated with additives
to enhance the properties of lubrication and protection.JK68 can effectively control frictional characteristics by high strength
oil film and excellent load-carrying properties to eliminate the phenomenon of “stick-slip” whichis the most important factor
to achieve the dimensional control of a high precision machine tool.
JK68特別為機床導軌而研製的導軌油，配有特殊添加劑以增進其潤滑及保護性，JK68具有較強的油膜和負載能力，可控制磨擦，消除「膠著-滑動」的現(xiàn)象，是精準機床達至準確尺寸控制的重要元素。
潤特爾機床導軌油，具有良好的潤滑及油膜保護作用，有較高油膜安定性及耐壓性。在低速、高沖擊力、高重負荷作業(yè)中，保護機件而不易受損且因有較強之附著力及抗磨損性能，能消除跳動及震動現(xiàn)象，增加工作效率，改善加工品的質(zhì)量與精密度。本系列油品專供低速跳動滑道及傳動摩擦性特強部位之潤滑，適用于各類型工作母機之跳動面、床臺滑道、滑路、傳動面及一般性之潤滑。
